- Details you give us: name, phone number, email, the concern you want guidance on, and the birth date, time and place needed for your reading.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a confirmation (amount, date, payment ID), never your card, UPI or bank details.
- Website usage: pages visited, the link that brought you here, your country and time zone, and anonymous usage data collected through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver your session or reading.
- To reply to your questions and give you support.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
- To show our content and offers on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Google.
We do not send unsolicited WhatsApp messages or broadcasts. We contact you only about a booking or question you started.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Cosmic Vani (for example Razorpay for payments, Google for data storage and analytics, Meta for advertising and WhatsApp), or when the law requires it.
Your readings are confidential
What you share in a session stays between you and Cosmic Vani. We never publish a client's story or review without their permission.
Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, and we protect it with reasonable security measures.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to Cosmic.vani04@gmail.com. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
