These terms apply to every booking and payment made with Cosmic Vani, a brand of Priyanka Shivhari Bhomia (individual), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Cosmic Vani", "we", "us"), through cosmicvani.com, our payment pages or our social media channels. By booking or paying, you agree to them.
1. Our services
- 1:1 Astrology + Tarot Consultation: a paid, personal guidance session with Priyanka over a WhatsApp call, based on your birth details and tarot.
- Mini Reading: a tarot reading on up to 3 questions, sent to you as a voice note.
The price, session length and what is included are shown to you before you pay. Prices may change from time to time; the price you saw at the time of payment is the one that applies to your booking.
2. Guidance, not guarantees
Astrology and tarot readings offer perspective and spiritual guidance. They do not predict outcomes with certainty, and we do not guarantee any result. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters. Any decision you take after a session is your own.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book. You confirm that the details you share (name, phone number, birth date, time and place) are accurate, since the reading depends on them.
4. Booking and payment
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Once your payment is confirmed, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to fix a session time by mutual availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Conduct
We keep every session respectful. We may end a session, without refund, if a client is abusive or asks for anything harmful or unlawful.
7. Privacy
How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Content
All videos, text and images on this website and our channels belong to Cosmic Vani. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Recording a session requires our prior consent.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
